Craft of the week · for all ages

Salt dough fossils

1. Mix 1 cup flour, half a cup of salt and half a cup of water into a dough. 2. Roll it into balls and flatten each one into a thick cookie. 3. Press a toy dinosaur's feet, a shell or a leaf into the dough to make a print. 4. Bake at 200 degrees for about 2 hours, until hard. A grown-up handles the oven. 5. Once cool, brush them with watered-down brown paint to look old.
